We booked 5 rooms, none of the rooms had soap/shower gel. Of course no shampoo. Called reception for 8x for an hour. 5x were rejected. Housekeeping never came. Towels were smelly. The next morning, despite with no disturbed sign, housekeeping kept knocking on the door :( Some bugs in the room. The bathroom was gross. The pillow was stuffy. I got sick from this hotel. Breakfast was a limited very simple set menu, not buffet. It's not part of the Amaris chain anymore. Very bad management!

同事出門臨時給他們訂的房間，中途機場修行能夠方便一點哈 設施：比國內要差一點，但是出門在外也可以了 服務：通過訂房網站訂也比較方便，就是會有點延遲

入住需押金十萬印尼幣，房間稍微老舊，但大廳算是明亮空間大，服務人員親切。這種價格算是可以了。缺點房間熱水不太熱，算溫水而已。

Tidak mencerminkan hotel. Sepre kasur yg bercak² dan bolong. Kebersihan yg seperti asal² dibersihkan. Krn lantai toilet masih berbekas sabun. Wifi jg g pernah bagus jaringannya. So far utk lokasi ok. Staff jg baik.

everything is good, the only dissapointment is, there is a lot of stain on the bed, the wall looks dirty, the table and chair too, the bed looks dirty because of the stain but, after checking everything, they already wash it, its clean but have a stain on it. toilet clean so overall its a good budget place to go

Room isolation is superb bad, there is a window that cannot be close in the corridor just outside the room, so you get LOUD open karaoke on Saturday and Sunday that lasts till 4 am from midnight.
